The DBs will work on the fundamentals of the postion. We will work on stance, start and footwork as well as eye progression. We will also work multi-directional movement, positional technique, ball drills.

The receivers will be working on hand eye coordination drills, practicing the ability to track the ball from multiple different situations/angles. We will work footwork, acceleration to deceleration, as well as cutting/planting and change of direction.
